I'm not sure why this happens. But, I have multiple email contacts listed in the contact us dropdown menu. But, when i receive e-mails from them, the layout is different. Emails sent to the default contact email address via the contact us page are formatted with the the template (email_template_contact_us.html), but emails sent to the other emails in the dropdown are not formatted at all. I hope this makes sense. Also, how do I get the logo.gif to appear in the html formatted emails?

Convert the gif to a jpg and combine it with the header bacground image for a full header look, name it header.jpg and place it in the /email folder. This is not overideable so if you upgrade in the future you will want to preserve these changes.
