Time Zone Offset

I am using the Time Zone Offset module.

I can use the time +11 but am not able to use +11.30 , using the .30 gives me error which can only be rectified using Myphpadmin.

Is there a way, any format ??

The +11 is +11 hours, so if you wanted a half hour extra it would be +11.5

However this mod only works with whole hours, you would need to modify it to use minutes instead of hours for this.
