the issue is that the origional poster needs to educate their customer, and pray that no one ever finds out that this is happening.

    Thanks for all the help...

I don't think even if I was doing it with the email that it would work any better, because the issue is that the site is just not taking the information on rare occasion.

I do appreciate the flamewar though, it helps.

Geez folks ... this is a "bug reports" forum, not a philosophy forum.

I would think that that ZenCart software would not allow the order to be placed without the information in it, it almost seems like it's skipping this step or something.

    Thanks for the help.

    Blinden,
On the rare occasions that this has happened, do you have any record of what type of card was being used at the time? Amex/Visa/MC, etc?
Any idea whether they were accessing the internet via AOL?
Is there any pattern at all to the type of customer, the IP address on their order, the customer location, the kind of card used, the time of day, etc?

I have checked and saw no patterns as far as the IP addresses go, I haven't gotten any information as far as the Card type or anything of that nature as of yet, I'll sift through the DB one more time to look for more specific paterns.
