What you might do is get something like Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com ... you can use it to compare the /includes/templates/template_default/templates to your templates /includes/templates/your_templates_dir/templates ... to see if the problem is in there ...

Then check the /includes/modules and compare to your overrides directory /includes/modules/your_templates_dir

More than likely that would be the location ...

If not, get a clean v1.3.0.2 (note: upgrading could fix this) and compare the clean v1.3.0.2 to your full site and see if something is out of kilter ...
