1.3.01 to 1.3.02 upgrade emergency

For some reason I only have a 'new thread' option under the general category, so okay to move this if that's better.

I just upgraded from 1.3.01 to 1.3.02. Followed the documented instructions exactly. All seemed to go well, but here is what is happening:

On any page in the site, click on the Log In button. That goes fine. But as soon as you actually log in, the whole right column disappears.

Please help quick! this is a live store.

It is also happening on the main page, at http://www.photoimprints.com. No main page content (center) nor right colum. Click a link and right column comes back. I have turned off the two right banners.

I think I fixed it. I had set the permissions on the html_includes folder to 644, per the recommendation in the security doc. I changed that to 755 and now I have the right column back.

One hopefully minor thing. I lost my Comodo trust logo. Any thoughts on that?

When I point at the Login link I see a secure URL ...

However, when I click on it ... I go to a non-secure URL ...

Turn off the SEFU see if this is related ...

Also, in IE when I go to the main address of your site I am getting an Error on Page in the task bar ...

Fixed the Comodo logo, had missed comparing the header file in template/common. That may have been the error you got?

I had ssl prior to the upgrade... So what might that be?

I checked the two config files, ssl settings still fine in there. It was working perfectly prior to the upgrade. On my server I have HAD it set to use a single directory for ssl and non-ssl. I just went in to check, and that was unchecked. So I rechecked it, but that did not help. I'm thinking I should restart the server to see if that kicks it back in.
