    Default Using repeated Option Values

I have added a lot of different options to my product listings and I'm wondering if I needed to.

    page here

I added values of the same numbers for different option names. Like 1-12 for the month and then 1-31 for the day etc. Could I have just added 1-31 and used the same 1, 2, 3, etc for several different names? Or do they need to be created specific to each name in the option values area of the admin?

    Thanks!

Option Names own Option Values ...

There is a method of adding Option Values from 1 Option Name to another, but I don't know that it would of saved you a lot of time on these ...

Note: you appear to have both Products and Categories in your Categories ...

Categories are designed to hold Categories or Products ... never both ...

This will cause pricing issues, sorting issues, search issues, etc. ...

Ya know - this is going to sound very low tech - but IMHO, you can use text fields for a lot of the personal information. If you're repeating it for different products, I always copy a product and then make changes so I'm not inputting attributes from scratch, or use the "Copy Attribute" function.

I've taken your advice and I think it's going to work out just fine.

    Thanks!
