I know this was posted a few weeks ago, but the solution won't work for my site so I thought I would post.
Anyway, I had a customer email me saying that they could not get past the delivery information part of the checkout process. He said there was no place to choose what type of shipping and that he couldn't continue. He's in Canada (I'm in the US) and I offer Airmail or Surface to other countries, and just USPS Prioroty Mail for US.
So, I logged in under my account, tried his address, and it worked. There were two selections (airmail and surface) and I was able to choose one and continue. I emailed him back and asked that hetry it again. He did and was able to proceed, but then realized that it added more items to the order so he used his back button to go to the shopping cart and adjust the total. When he proceeded, it gave him the same problem.
I have been getting orders right along, even some from Canada so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any ideas?
