Checkout step 2 of 3 Problem

I want to configure my cart to only use PayPal IPN for payment. When I do this, the text for PayPal shows up, but no radio button does, and I can't select anything and continue. What do I need to do to make this work? I have tested the PayPal IPN Module when I also had the CC module installed, and it works just fine. I have v1.3.0.1 installed and am getting ready to go through the process of updating to v1.3.0.2.

Upgrade to v1.3.0.2 ...

After upgrading ... remove and install PayPal again and reconfigure ...

Note: when you only have 1 Payment Method, there is nothing to select ...
