Yesterday i had a paypal payment come through for an order created on our site. However i didnt get an order number created on our site. There is no order showing from this customer other than his account creation.
I read through some posts about doing a 1cent refund via paypal to un-stick the transaction, however that didnt seem to help, the order is still not there.
I contacted the customer and asked if he completed the sale through our site, which he confirmed he did, and was passed to paypal to make the payment. But i dont see any orders for him.
Is there something else that im missing, or has anyone else come across this problem before? Also, how do i fix it? do i manualy create an order for the customer? or do i contact paypal on this matter?
I have had other paypal payments come through since that one, so i know that its working, at least i think so.....
Whats the problem, and how do i fix it?
ALSO, i have my web dev working on a google checkout modual which should be live on our site today! If all goes well, i will let you all know.
As of now its working correctly, just need to fix up the return API. ill post this under google checkout topic shortly.
