I've spent quite some time trying to figure this one out.

I'm only shipping to New Zealand (NZ) but at three flat rates to three regions within NZ.

As in:
Wellington, Kapiti and Masterton - flat rate $4.95
Remaining North Island - flat rate $9.50
All of South Island - flat rate $19.95

Ideally these would appear as a user-selectable tickbox on the checkout screen. I've managed to set up these regions as subzones on NZ and I have installed the Zone module.

However, I've only managed to get one item showing at the checkout - NZ. The zone shipping module doesnt seem to let me break it down to my subzones.

I'd really appreciate some advice on how to go about setting this up.
