sidebox borders, different in IE and Firefox

i don't understand why in firefox all works well, indeed in IE i can't see sideboxes borders. i have modify the original css without success. could you help me please?

I'm using both updated browsers and I can see the sidebox borders via IE & FF. Do you have a screen shot or something?

i have copied a new css.

now my problem is the first additional image position!
