Hey, folks.

So after much perseverance, the header is finally done...and it looks pretty good (if I do say so myself...though there is some necessary tweaking to be done to make it cross-browser compliant).

On to the next question:

On the main index page of my site, I want to display an all-product listing for one particular category (men's). Up at the top R of my navigation, there are links to where you can go to the all-product listing for men's OR women's (which are my two categories of items, incidentally).

SO. What I can't figure out is, how do I get it to do an all-product listing for a single category on the main index page? (I'm guessing it's a PHP function/mySQL query that I'll need to plug into the tpl_main_page.php...I just don't know enough about PHP to know exactly which code to add to my template. I've tried to go through the template_default code to track down how Zen Cart displays the All Products listing when you click the 'all products' link in the sidebar...but just can't seem to figure it out.)

I've downloaded the Column Layout Grid for Product Listing" module, which will obviously help...as I said, I just can't seem to track down the module that fits into the template to get the items to display. (And preferably, the module that I can insert into the tpl_main_page so that I can still control the column layout module in the Admin to control their layout).

Can anyone give me a hand?

Thanks!

LD

PS - You can check out my site at http://www.upscalehomeless.com/zentest - that'll at least give you a feel for the header. (The rest of the content will be wiped off the map, pretty much, as soon as I can figure out how to insert the product listing grid. So please, 'pardon our mess' - it's a construction site, at the moment.)

(Oh, yeah - I'm using Safari to view it...and I know that Firefox is putting some funky borders around some images right now, so be warned).
