How to align subcategories in sideboxes?

I have several subcats with long names that doesn't align itself (moves towards the same margin as the main category.

How can I fix this where the next line has the same indention as the first subcategory line?

If you click on Car Care Products, you'll see that items like Wheels and Tires, Polishes, Compounds and Glaze etc are left aligned, I want them to be in the same margin as the first letter of the first line.

Admin->Configuration->Layout Settings
'Categories SubCategories Indent' remove the two non-breaking spaces (  ).

A forum search for: categories sidebox image
should get you the how-to for inserting images.
