Help with iDevAffiliate and Variable Names

Hey Ya'll -

I know idevaffiliate isn't on the partner list (really bad service) - but I had already purchased a license for 3 uses of the software. Previously, I've installed on osC ... but now using on Zen.

The automatic integration of Zen tells me to add code to the following page:
1. Edit this file: /zencart/tpl_checkout_success_default.php.
2. Find the following code which already exists in the file.
fields['orders_id']; ?>

however, there is no such "checkout_success_default.php" file that I can find ANYWHERE.


The MANUAL INTEGRATION seems much easier; however, I don't know how to figure out the required variables:

Order Amount Variable Name:
Order Number Variable Name:

With that information, I'm given code to put on the "sale confirmation" page - which is what file?

If someone can help me w/ either:
1: auto integration - which checkout success page they are talking about? ... or
2: manual integration: the name of the "order amount" and "order number" variable name, and what confirmation page to paste on - it would be awesome.

update:

I found the file in /includes/templates/templates_default/templates/tpl_checkout_success.php but the code they suggest to paste under fields['orders_id']; ?> isn't there.

I pasted it under the closest thing (grin), which was $zv_orders_id; and prcessed an order, but got an email from idevaffiliate processing that there was an error.
