Disable customer accounts when e-mail is no longer valid

I have an issue where customers have bought form me and now the e-mails that they provided when they setup the accounts are bouncing back to me when I do a mass mailout.

I cannot delete the customer data as I need to keep any and all order information for 7 years, so is there a way to disablke the account so that when I do a mail out these accounts will not get the email?

I have already posted this report under an official topic, since the past few weeks, but I will post it here as well.

I have recently created a MOD called: Delete your account from store catalog's interface. Customers can definitely delete their own account but all the orders are being kept in the database - no transactions are being deleted (for security reasons). Only their personal preferences are being affected (such as address book ect ...) as their entire profile account.

Is this the type of feature you were actually looking for ?
