Footer not displaying?

Hey all i had a fresh install of Zen Cart 1.3.0.2
Database Patch Level: 1.3.0.2 as their was no website before hand.
The problem Ive all of a sudden come across is my footer no longer appears?! Nothing systematically changed my EZ-PAGES configuration for some links on my left hand side works just fine but i have zero footer even when checking the source code it's not getting called? Any help is very appreciated as Im a little new to the customization of this and had the template designed and coded for me originally.

hymm.. got it fixed somehow my tpl_main_page.php didn't have the code for my included footer.php
