Easy embed template

Stupid question here, but I suppose not for me. I am new to this and need a little guidance. I didn't see this going through all the post regarding this topic.

Where in the Admin CP do I "turn on" the sang_embed template?

I have been looking and looking and I got a little lost.

Can someone help?

tools->template selection
click on edit and then select it in the list.
