Welcome Email Problem

Hi,
I am new to zen cart but I have set it up and find it wonderful but I have come across a problem that I cannot seem to fix. When a customer fills out the create an account page and hits the submit button this page comes up and I cannot work out how to fix it. I am hoping someone can help me:
