redirect or move the index?

Hi, i am new to zen and have been working with it for a week. This forum is very helpful and so as the forumers.

I am still setting up my site www.getreload.com and using a redirect in cpanel so that surfers will go to www.getreload.com/zen. Is this good enough for search engins or will i have a problems when indexing?

Providing it is setup correctly ... this works fine ...

I rather prefer it as it then lets my clients work in subdirectories that can easily be renamed without major file moves etc. on upgrades, redesigns, testing etc.
