I closed out admin without logging out!

OK, I'm a newbie, but you gotta learn this stuff, right? I closed out the admin screen from the browser without a proper log out , and now when I log back on the general navigation screen doesn't appear. Help! I'll never do it again, I promise!

Closing the browser is more or less closing the Admin ...

When you go back to your /admin ... you will see the login screen ... just login again ...

I remember how quickly you helped me several weeks back when I was first installing all this. Thanks for responding.

OK, I tried clearing cache, closing browser, then reopening & logging in. Same problem. I tried re-starting, then reopening & logging in. Same -- it opens on my last viewed screen.
