Problems logging into admin?

Hi there,
I'm having a problem logging into admin, has anyone had this same issue? It's not with the log in itself, because I couldn't find the correct password, so I requested a password reset (send via email) and it's directed to the admin email. I've tried it 6 times now, and each time I get an admin message saying it was sent successfully, but it's been two days, and I haven't received anything in my email. The spam filter is disabled, and I've received emails from clients, but I'm not getting the email for the admin password at all. It's the correct email,any ideas? I'm not very good with Zen Cart yet anyway, so maybe I'm not doing something right.

Can anyone tell me if I can get into my admin without having the password? It's been reset more then 8 times, and I spent an hour on the phone with the verizon(email) to find out why I'm not receiving the auto reset link in my email, but they think it's the cart setup.
The admin is sending it to the correct email address, because I tested it by trying to send it to a different email account and it wouldn't. The problem is that I need to get in there, but I can't log in, and I can't receive my password reset via email, because it's not coming through to it. The same thing happened with an auto verify sent upon registration to a forum. I never got that either, so I think it has something to do with the automated mail, but regardless, verizon can't tell me why I'm not receiving them and I can't have the password sent to another email because this is the email it was originally set up with ...right? or is there a way to do this? I can't make any updates at this point to the cart. Please, any help?

I just did a quick forum search for "admin password reset" and found this post, which explains how to manually reset it.

Sorry, me again...Where am I placing the code for this "fix"? It says the "my admin PHP" where exactly is that?... there is no way I would have been able to set this up at ALL without the help of Kobra, and I still don't really understand it.

phpMyAdmin is in cpanel on your host server.

Find the admin table, and click on the sql tab. (there are variations on this as there are many ways to customize the look of phpMyAdmin) and there will be a window for you to paste in the code and click on "Go"
