You could use the Orders Status dropdown beneath the Search to filter only the Orders Status you wish to see ...

The orders.php could be customized to do this and set a sort order based on orders_id or orders_status, orders_id etc. and work within the existing settings for when you want to filter a given orders_status as well ...
