Help requested

I have recently rebuilt my computer and in the process have had to revert to an older version of my web page (downloaded from the server to my computer, made changes and re published). I have created my webpage in frontpage 2003.

The problem is that now when I try to access the admin part zencart I get the following error page.

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[delete from zen_db_cache]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I don't understand. Before my computer crashed I had made loads of changes to the admin setup of the zencart - as yet I had not uploaded any products but was just about to get to that stage.

When I try and access the public link I get this error message

You need to look at your configuration files for zen - or set up the database one of the two - it cannot find or connect to the database that is defined in includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php
