Hey
I have a website at www.theeurovisionshop.com
The logo header_bg.jpg however is not fitting fully.
It is been cut off.
How can I change this? Do I have to edit a header.php file or something?

This is causing the problem.
It appears that you are using the classic template.
There are 2 things - first you can look at includes/languages/english/header.php and change the logo dimensions there ( that SHOULD fix it).
Or you will have to edit the file includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php
