Do your products have weight?
Does 0 weight mean Free Shipping?
If 0 weight means Free Shipping, also install the Free Shipping freeshipper Shipping Modules
Check your settings in Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging to indicate if 0 weight means Free Shipping ...
Now when the order is not 0 weight the regular Shipping Modules will run ...
When the order is 0 weight the Free Shipping freeshipper Module will run ...

I looked at the thread you sent me, it was for authorize.net i am not using that. For right now i am trying to use my own credit card machine. thanks
