Zone Shipping

Can someone please help. I have no idea how to set up shipping options. As you might have guessed I'm a amateur at this stuff.

Ideally I need the set up to be as follows:

Country: Northern Ireland City:Greater Belfast Price:£3.00
Country: Northern Ireland Price:£5.00

Country: UK mainland Price:£6.00

Country: Europe Price:£8.00

Country:USA & Canada Price:£9.00

Rest of world Price:£10.00

Any help is much appreciated.

Are those prices for each item sold or for the total of the order?

I've been messing around with these zone, even downloaded a new zones-world module. But Istill cant figure it out.
At the check out page there is only one option available UK shipping.

Please help
