I am having trouble with the sales tax calculation during checkout. The total tax displayed is always showing $0.00, regardless of the tax settings.

I currently have a Tax Class set up for "Taxable Goods" based on the "Ship To Address" location. I also have a Tax Zone set up for "Michigan" with a tax rate of 6%. My test products are set up as "Taxable Goods". When I purchase one of the test products using a test customer with a shipping address in Michigan, the tax calculation still shows $0.00 during checkout.

The tax amount displays properly on the admin product catalog, but will not display during checkout.

Any help would be appreciated.
