Shipping by Zip Code

i cannot seem to get this addon to work
at checkout it returns this error

The delivery/shipping fee cannot be determined at this time

any one experienced this problem?

ok i seem to have this working for 5 digit codes,
but is there a way to make it work for 4 digit?
Also, it seems to be adding 3 units to the weight of the item in checkout?
Where can i modify this addition?

The 3 extra units is probably the "tare" (Configuration - Shipping/Packaging). The zip code problem I have no idea about.

Quick Question, I wanted to add another 3 zipcode zones, I found in the code:

 $this->num_zones = 3; 

And obviously changed to 6, but how do I add text to admin, for example add "Zone 4 ZipCodes" where is this text kept? I am scratching my head to find it.

All you need to do is re-install in admin again.

I need to offer free shipping for the local zip codes...if this module is the solution, I do not see an updated version for the newer cart...
