Im sure this is a severly lame question.. but how in the heck do you remove/change that menu underneath the header??

Try Admin->Configuration->Layout Settings

(toward bottom of list)
Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF
0= Hide Categories Tabs
1= Show Categories Tabs

If I wanted to say..make another menu like.. the one this site has http://www.camelot-hosting.com/

How would I go about including/making those...

Would I have to re actiivate the tabs?

Hi My header is NOT stock zen at all, as a matter of fact its straight HTML that was created and dropped into the tpl_header.php file

I mean we litteraly ripped all the stock code out and just use the file name
