    Default Removing some default Text

    Friends:

If one clicks any sidebox hyperlink in Zen, the center page content it takes you to always shows a text title on the page for that link. For example, clicking SHIPPING AND RETURNS gives you the page and the name of the link, SHIPPING AND RETURNS as a text heading on that page; I believe the default color is gray and it prints on the upper left hand section of the refreshed center content area. Hope I'm being clear.

This also happens with EZ pages; whatever the title you enter, it will become the link AND the link name will also appear on the page.

I'd like to comment the text printing out so it goes bye-bye on the page. I'm not sure where to look and what to do. I'm a PHP novice although I write pretty good html and I have done some trial and error hacking o PHP code, so I can fumble way through.

Time permitting, I'd appreciate some ideas, and the more specific the better.

    Thanks in advance.

    TB

I believe you are referring to the breadcrumb? Possibly. It's kind of a "You Are Here" effect? If that is what you want to remove you can find the places to remove / edit it by going to tools/developers tool kit in the admin area and entering breadcrumb in the bottom search box to find it in all catalog files.

    I hope that helps :)

Thank you all! I just founder it in the forum quite by accident; I commented out a line in tpl_page_default and the H1 auto header went away.

Now, another question; the title of my pages. Right now my main page just says "index.php" up top, and i need it to have the name of my website and key words, etc. Where do I go to alter the
    Code:
    <title>MY WEB SITE</title>
    html for the pages?

    Thank you again.

    Thank you.

That worked for most pages; my index.php page still shows the title INDX.PHPO, as well as my category heading. I edited both meta tag and english php files. Did I miss something?

    See the title at
    http://www.incensecollector.com/shop
and note the title index.php; then click on the INDIAN INCENSE category and you get the same. But all other titles are working.

    Thank you so much.
