Default The unit and price is off

Ok I got the .5 lb deal fixed when they order a half pound
But now when I click on the 1 lb that is a 8.00 a lb it comes up 12.50 on the cart. And same goes for the 2 lb. its showing instead of 15.00 its showing unit price of 19.50 and even if I choose 1 it still puts the price on the cart at 39.00

    What is going on?

Ok what I figured is it keeps adding another 4.50 on top of the actual price for the 1 lb order so I just need to get help on how to get it to work correctly

    Please someone have any ideas?

No idea of what you are really talking about as your first post starts as if in the middle of a thought ...

How about start from the beginning and type really slow about what it is you are trying to do and what is happening that is not correct ...

I am so sorry for that. It was late and I had been fighting with it for 2 hours trying to figure it out.

    Ok here it goes:

I have dog treats that are to be sold per pound. Now this is how the break down goes

    1/2 pound is 4.50
    1 lb is 8.00
    2 lb is 15.00

This way they get a deal if they get more. Now I set up the 1/2 pound and its fine. I set the attributes and option value and such for each one.
Below is the quantity and weight and amount..

    quantity
    58 quantity 1 4.5000 + 0.5 0
    $4.50 $0.00
    56 quantity 2 8.0000 1 0
    $8.00 $0.00
    57 quantity 3 15.0000 2 0
    $15.00 $0.00
Now when I go to test the store and go through the order process it does fine on the 1/2 lb but when I order a 1 pound bag it adds the 4.50 to the 8.00....

    Am I making sense now?

If not just smack me and tell me add more detail and if so is there anything I can do to make this work? Or what am I doing wrong?

The problem is that you are trying to use the Attributes as both quantity and price and weight manager ... and then have the quantity box ...

The text in an Attribute is just that ... text ... if you "call" an attribute Qty 3 that does not mean Qty 3 to anything but you ... the customer does not know to do anything here so they pick it then hit enter ...

    If I hit 80 treats and you call that 3 qty ... I get 80 x 2.5 lbs = 200lbs

That is a heck of a treat for my dog ...
