Collapsed layout

I have installed zencart on my local computer and made all changes result was great. Now I move the whole site to the live server and catalog layout becomes awful although the admin section works fine. Been trying with no result. Please help.

It appears that your CSS files aren't accessible by the browser.
Either your hosting setup is disliking the /includes/.htaccess file contents (try renaming it), or you've missed a step in moving your purpleshades template to the server.

Thanks, it works perfectly by removing the includes:.htaccess file. Won' t this do any harm.?

The .htaccess is there to prevent unauthorized access to your PHP files ... your hosting configuration doesn't like it, so you'll need to work with your host to find another way to prevent unauthorized access.

and if they cant let you make it so people cant get to your php files imo its time to not walk but run to a new host....
