Hi guys,
When an order is put through both the client and the shop receive a confrimation e-mail and instead of the euro sign '€' there is a question mark '?'.
Does anyone have any idea why ? and how I can change this ??![]()

Check the Configuration ... Email Options ...
More than likely the translation setting for the TEXT emails is goobered up ...
Convert currencies for Text emails
What currency conversions do you need for Text emails?
Default = £,£:€,€

My e-mails are set to 'TEXT' not sure what other settings to look at in there ??
Any ideas? would that be it ?
These are my settings:
E-Mail Transport Method: sendmail
E-Mail Linefeeds: LF
Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails: false
Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS: false
Send E-Mails: true
Email Archiving Active?: false
E-Mail Friendly-Errors: false
Emails must send from known domain?: No
Email Admin Format?: TEXT
Any ideas is it one of those ?

I have three currencies on my store, Euro, GB pounds and US dollar. The Euro is the default for payment. This is in Admin-Localization-currencies.

I have put that in there and the symbol did appear as a Euro sign in the admin table, but then I just placed another order and i am still getting the '?' instead of Euro symbol, looks like this:
5 x Adega do Cantor hat = ?40.00
?? any more ideas ?![]()
