WHY ???

Like I dont have enough problems with this!
My flash header was working just fine a few days ago....

Now, it works fine in firefox, but refuses to come up in IE...

I went back through previous posts regarding flash headers and the sites from many of these people are doing the same thing...

Anyone know why?

I tried changes to the tpl.header file, CSS and everywhere else, still doesnt work...
