    I see what you mean...
    Thats certainly an unusual problem.
    It loaded fine in firefox, but I see the problem in IE...

    Are you using any pre-loaders?
    Are the links in those buttons relative or absolute?
    Id have to see the flash coding for those buttons to try and figure it out.
    You may have to insert absolute paths in those links - and include the absolute path of the store...

    I was just looking at your coding and it seems you are using framesets...
    That might have something to do with it... IE, Flash and Zen dont play together very well under framesets...

    I have a flash header that does not have a preloader.

    Without the JavaScript work around to remove the "Click to Activate" in IE, it works in Firefox, but not in IE.

    When I put the script in for the work around, it does not work in either Firefox or IE.

    I've used this same method on many other sites and it works fine. Zen Cart's coding doesn't seem to mess with anything that should make a difference on this though.

    Confused.

    Check my site with the problem here: http://www.heatherdidit.com/shop

    The real solution for that is to change the directory of your flash site location.

    Example are here:

    <object classid="clsid27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,19,0" width="750" height="175">
    <param name="movie" value="http://www.biogreentee.com/includes/templates/classic/images/bannergreentee.swf" />
    <param name="quality" value="high" />
    <embed src="http://www.biogreentee.com/includes/templates/classic/images/bannergreentee.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="750" height="175"></embed>
    </object>

    This directory: http://www.biogreentee.com/includes/...ergreentee.swf must be the same in the top directory.

    That is why sometimes it loads in IE after that it's gone. That's what I experienced. I just change the directory.
