User Verification (Anti-Robot / CAPTCHA)

hello! i have this problem. i have successfully installed CAPTCHA mod. it's working. but i i test in on my test site: http://latter.jobsground.com/index.p...create_account , i can still be able to register even when the validation Code that I input is not the same as the given code. any help is appreciated
