You have several extra files in -/includes/modules/shipping/ which you need to delete from your server

I removed those files per your instruction and sure enough everything seems to be fine now! Thank you so much for your help, you saved me from quite a muddle, I was getting nowhere on my own. Now I just have to work out what those files were doing there

You might have simple copied the files and therefore they stayed since in new version of zen-cart these files are somewhere else or not at all

Those files should never have been there. They likely were uploaded by an FTP transfer when you were trying to move template files but dragged into the wrong folder.
