Product id incorrect in database

Hi all,

I am having a strange thing happen. A customer orders product id 13 which requires a text attribute. This product was copied from product id 11, duplicated and revised.

When I download the database info, product 13 shows up as 11 with a wrong price. IN addition, the text attribute is no where to be found. BUT on the invoice the customer is charged the correct price and the text personalization shows up.

I've added adv. product manager, data manager, and easy populate installed.

Can you help me with this?

Did you import your products?

If you look at your database via phpMyAdmin at the products table ... does all of the information appear filled in for products_id 11 and products_id 13

Including the master_categories_id and products_price_sorter?

As far as I can tell all are filled in except product model. I only have about 6 products.

I am running a query in navicat to get the data, maybe it is in my query. I need all the customer info + the product ordered+ the product attributes + order totals and order quantities.

I am using the orders, orders_product_attributes, and orders_product tables and grouping by customer id.

Is this causing the error?

I am new at this stuff and sometimes just take a shotgun to it!
