Error: Mixed Option Values Is On

hi i was hoping someone could help me out. we installed a free gift mod which works great. today when i was testing the site for the last time before going live i got this error message when i try to check out i get this error

please update your order...
product name: gift 1... quantity units error-
your ordered a total of 1 units: 100 *mixed option values is on

and then under quantity for the free gift it shows

units:100
*mixed on

i have no clue what this is

if anyone has an idea it would be appreciated

Check on the Product that you have the settings correct for Minimum, maximum and units ... the defaults are:
Minimum 1
Maximum 0
Units 1

thank you such a simple fix. the quantity was at 100.
i tried to change the quantity but it didn't do anything. i must not have saved it right.

Sometimes in our sleep we go to the computer and set the products_quantity via the products_quantity_order_min or products_quantity_order_max or products_quantity_order_units ... it all was but a dream ... until we find it broke the next morning when the sun comes up ...

but, all of my settings are:

Product Qty Minimum: 1
Product Qty Maximum: 0
Product Qty Units: 1
Product Qty Min/Unit Mix: No


What else could be the problem?

I am guessing that this is an old, before the wonderful fixes we did yesterday on your database, in your other post, and that you are no longer getting this error ...

Yes, this one is old. All of your help really paid off, in spite of that clowns harrasment (he got banned I noticed)
