Title and Link Issues. Help appreciated

Here is the site I am working on: www.mudpuddlz.com

I have a couple problems and was wondering if anyone knew how to fix these:

1. Title: want to change the title from "Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce" Done
2. The Information links add a space below everytime you rollover, but it only happens in IE
3. I want to combine About Us with the rest of the information and I didn't know if that was possible.
4. Need to remove the Page 3 and Page 4 Links
5. I want to make the Shopping Cart and Checkout links at the top to be farther to the right, but if I align it to the right, the Home and Log In is effected as well.
6. As you can see the menu rollover on the top are a little off.. and they differ from browser to browser and I was wondering if there was a better way to make those.
