Editing Welcome Email

I am using dreamweaver, but cannot work out how to change the content of the Welcome Email. Its really frustrating me. Can anyone help me?

Using Developer's Toolkit in the admin control panel, you can look for the EMAIL_WELCOME keyword and find that the two pages associated with creating an account are create_account.php and create_account_success.php.

They are in the includes/languages/english directory but will need to be copied to your custom directory to prevent them from being overridden in the next release.
