Not certified, but how are they?

The title pretty much sums it up.

I'm switching services as soon as my contract is up, or sooner if I can wheedle my host into it.

Has anyone used Blue Host or A Small Orange before? They seem pretty good, but it would be nice if I could get an opinion from anyone that is using them currently.

I know they aren't on the 'Certified Hosting' list, but they said they don't have a problem running ZenCart.

Again, I'd like to hear from anyone that actually uses the service.

I have a year before I switch, so I've got time to weigh my options. I just don't want to get snookered again.
