Coupons not working

Be sure to check those settings on the Restrictions so you don't have them ganged up and duplicated ...

I have a customer wanting to use a coupon, but it won't apply it. Have checked everything as suggested in this thread, however it won't let me open up the restrictions to see if something is marked that shouldn't be.

Reload the file:
/admin/coupon_admin

See if that helps ...

Also, make sure you do not have a Price/Percentage and Free Shipping on the same coupon ... it is one or the other ...

how do I find out which version I am using? I don't have anything else applied except the $10 off coupon, I even left the number of times used and customer use blank

Peek in the Tools ... Server Info ...

If you grab what you see from below the menu bar, up to and including the php version ... that would be helpful ...
