Shipping by weight

HELP

basically im trying to set up shipping on the following

10kg - £25
5kg - £15
2kg - £8

every time i do it i am told that shipping isnt available in my area

What shipping method are you using?

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... for the Maximum Weight and Tare Rates?

Keep in mind the Maximum Weight is just a unit of measure and not a true translation of kg to lbs ...

If using Table Rate table or Zone Rate zones and you do not define a setting for beyond 10 then you will not get a quote ...

i dont really understand how it works if you could help me out that would be great

What happens if you set the Maximum weight to: 70

UPS does not ship 5000000 pound packages ... this is not a translation from kg to pounds ... you would have to write one if that is what you are trying to do ...

You are also setup to add additional weight on the two Tare settings ... if you do not want to do that, set them to: 0:0

What is the weight you are trying to ship?

I do not see Korea on the UPS site as a destination ...

I do see Croatia ...
