    Default Order problem

    I just got this email from my client:

    "there seems to be a problem with buying stuff on our site.
    With every transaction, I end up having to email the paypal invoice
    myself. I'm not sure what's going on and none of the customers have
    told me about their experience."

    How can I fix this problem?

    If the orders are being made in the Admin ... and you are receiving your copy of the order email from your site ...

    Check the Configuration ... Email settings ...

    Send E-Mails
    Send out e-mails

    true

    Is that set to true?

    Send Emails is set to True.

    There is no Send out Emails only Send Emails.

    What else should be set?

    Can you send emails from the Admin ... Tools ... Send Email ... to any email outside of your domain?

    I just set: Emails must send from known domain? to Yes. Will that help?

    what I am after is ...

    If you have the domain mypurple_domain.com

    Can you send an email to any email address that is on the mypurple_domain.com?

    Can you send an email to any email address that is NOT on the mypurle_domain.com?

    In both cases using the your Zen Cart Admin ... Tools ... Send Email ...
