Initial PayPal Entry Screen

We are one more step closer to going live with our site. we have set up PayPal and tested all things out. I'm sure this question of not one that relates to a Zen configuration (what an awsome tool), but I was thinking that people here have run into my issue and may have a means of solving it, or pointing me to the right place.

With our system, when a user gets driected to PayPal for payment, they are presented with a screen allowing them to login with a small link at the bottom which says something like "Don't have a paypal account?". If I click on this link I'm then directed to a paypal page allowing me to enter CC infomration and complete my transaction.

So, some of you may be asking what my issue is. I have a friend who has set up the same things with paypal, but his server when you are directed to paypal takes him right to the page to enter CC infomation allowing the user to not be confused to need to click on a link to get this this page. (I hope this makes sense, if not I can include images).

Does anyone know what I need to do on the paypal side to skip this first screen and go right to the CC entry screen?

Here is what I would like to get as my first screen... which is the one my friends other site drops to first. Not sure if this is based on the type of account or not.

I will have to check, but I do not think it is a UK site as the second screen. Both sites are based on payment from US Paypal accounts. I will check with the other party and see if he can confirm this. Thanks for the hint.
