Your hosting company appears to be using Zen Cart code with a number of packaged contributions and offering it as their flagship product to go with their hosting packages.
They offer about 35 templates which are all cookie-cutter designs with just some colour changes.
Since they only know or understand v1.2.x and do not want to have to go to the trouble of upgrading all their customers to the v1.3.x platform, they are not going to support your moving upwards.
That's fine. They can do that. It's not exactly the best service, but what do you expect for free.


Anyway, if you would like to further customize a layout problem in the older template, perhaps their tech support people would be happy to help you alter the code that they are providing to you. Or if you purchased your template from them, perhaps they would be kind enough to support said same template.

Nevertheless, kuroi has taken considerable time to look at your template and offer a fix. Hopefully that helps with your problem.

Thats exactly what Kobra said too.
I have downloaded the 1.3 version, and have asked for help in the upgrading forum on which is the best way to get 1.2 off and 1.3 on .. I think thats gonna be the best way to go isnt it :)
