No Payment Options? I have PayPal configured.

I'm a ZenCart newbie here and am wondering what I'm missing about PayPal IPN. I have the module enabled and configured yet when I add items to my cart and choose "checkout" after logging in I can't bet past step 1 of 3. When I click the "Continue Checkout" button to take me to step 2, I never get anywhere. It appears as though the current page just reloads.

Any ideas?

Step 1 is shipping options.
You have to choose a shipping method before you can go to payment.
If you haven't enabled any shipping options, go to Admin->Modules->Shipping and turn them on.
If you 'do' have shipping modules enabled, what are they? Have you edited them and mistakenly set a zone for them that doesn't apply to your test-customer's address?

Awesome, thank you. My client only wants to accept shipping via UPS, so that module is configured and enabled.

It's entirely possible I screwed up the shipping zone settings, so I'll go check that.

Are there common errors newbies make regarding zones?

The company is located in Maryland, and I created a zone to handle sales tax in that area. The packages ship from Utah, so I created another zone there to handle calculation of shipping fees.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

In your UPS shipping module, leave the zone set to --none--.
