zen 1.2.7 admin/configure.php file changed

A while back my web hosting company had a tech guy make a change to my configure.php file (in the admin/includes folder) (don't ask me why)
He messed things up some and I couldn't log-in anymore but I eventually with some tinkering got it working (mostly)
There is still a couple of bugs with it and what I need is someone to PLEASE post their working admin/includes/configure.php file (minus usernames or passwords) so I can compare it to my configure.php file to see whether I am missing some lines of code in there or have something in there that doesn't belong.
zencart version 1.2.7 (bugfix updated)

You said this was an ADMIN file, right?

Looks like they copied the one from the /includes/configure.php and overwrote your admin version ... leaving you without some important components.

You should edit the file to make it look like this:
(add/edit the blue, and delete the red)
