Default Please don't kill me, Browser Title

I have the latest 1.3.0.2 installed. I have searched the forums for an answer for this question and although it was answered many times the fix is not possible. I am trying to change the text that displays in the top of the browser window, not the header but the actual page title. The fix suggested is to change the page title in meta_tags.php. Well, the lines of code they say to change do not exist in this file. Maybe it was changed in the update or something,

Does anyone know where this info is located now?

    Thanks in advance.

    /includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php
    should be copied to:
    /includes/languages/english/YOURTEMPLATE/meta_tags.php
    and customized there.

... where YOURTEMPLATE is the name of the custom template you're designing for your site.

Wow thanks for the super fast response. The problem was the other post I saw that said the directory said it was in the modules folder. That was the wrong file but of the same name. Man, I'm glad I asked. Thanks for pointing me to the right directory.
